25 Hex years (and a year long series of covers)

2024 is the 25th anniversary of Hex Records and the label is celebrating all year long. Notably the label has a new cover song each month where a roster band takes on a classic. "In January Alpha Hopper covered Nation [of] Ulysses, February saw Headless Horse tackle Sick Of It All, and March had Naw paying homage to the Bad Brains," the label says. For April, Wipes cover "Forget the Minions" as the compilation builds (listen below).

The label is hosting 25th anniversary shows on May 3-4 in Portland, OR.

Friday, May 3rd- Portland @ Fixin To (Hex Records 25th anniversary show)
Saturday, May 4th- Seattle, WA @ The Kraken
Sunday, May 5th- Bellingham, WA @ The Shakedown
