Caleb Nichols has joined Kill Rock Stars and released a new EP. The Clarion EP is available for streaming now, and you can check out the video for the title track below. Caleb comments on the track/video:

The lyrics to the song, which I sort of wrote about a poet friend of mine, are probably more of a projection about me and my experience than an examination of another subject. I guess the point might be about solitude and the clear, truthful ring of silences. [...] The idea evolved into having a bit more fun, with multiple Caleb’s all performing together in different outfits. It felt a bit apropos in terms of how the song originally was written and demoed— in the middle of the pandemic, during lock down, just recording alone in a bedroom— all these Caleb’s singing and playing guitar together in a virtual space.

The EP also features Nichols' cover of Tele Novella's, "Words That Stay," which was a part of Kill Rock Stars' 30th Anniversary Collection, Stars Rock Kill Rock Stars.
