Temporary Residence Limited has announced the signing of Systems Officer - the latest project from Armistead Burwell Smith IV, founding member of Pinback and Three Mile Pilot. Smith will release his debut effort for this project, Underslept, on November 3rd. You can hear the song "Shape Shifter" here.
