Anthology Recordings is issuing a digital only release of the Moondog recordings from the band's 1989 demo. Moondog was the name of the band that Walter Schreifels did before Quicksand during the later days of Gorilla Biscuits. It was Schreifels first time fronting a band. Shortly after performing their first and only show as Moondog, Schreifels decided to change the band's name to Quicksand, and the rest is pretty much history.
