Comeback Kid is preparing to tour in support of the 20th anniversary of their album Wake The Dead, kicking off 20 years to the date with a hometown show in Winnipeg on Feb. 22.
The band also just shared a re-recorded version of the title track, with vocalist Andrew Neufeld explaining:
We wrote and recorded the song while I was still playing guitar in the band. After 19 years of being the vocalist, and singing the song every night, we would like to celebrate and commemorate a song that gave us wings that we never knew existed by re-recording it with our current lineup and with a fresh mix provided by Will Putney.
The song will be released on a 7" along with an unreleased b-side from the band's 2005 recording sessions.
