At the start of the month, beloved garage-punks Scared of Chaka released a new EP with their first new songs in more than twenty years. The EP is called Bated Breath (b/w Nobody), available from Slovenly Recordings. Per Slovenly, "It really feels like they are picking up right where they left off in 2001 when they released their final (and many say BEST) album, Crossing With Switchblades."
The label also has just released, or soon will, new records from CPC Gangbangs, Paint Fumes, The Okmoniks, Pet Mosquito, and Frvits.
