Austin’s dream-pop psych band Semihelix is back with their third single from their upcoming 7” EP!
Scene Point Blank is excited to be premiering that third single “Renovate” and its video debut.
“Renovate” is about Semihelix believing in themselves during times of adversity—about building each other up, remaining passionate in this world, and letting go of the things we have no control over. “Renovate the system, by starting small,” says Geannie Friedman. “It’s all about the little things and empowering others and ourselves for peace among people.”
“Renovate” music video was produced and illustrated by Steve Marsh (Evil Triplet, Terminal), produced and mixed by Matt Gerard (Spoon, Future Islands, !!!) at The Hen House in Austin, and mastered by Max Lorenzen (Shearwater, A.Sinclair, Spoon). Checkout the video premiere below!
