Just A Spell of Feeling Nothing
Independent (2021)

There is a lot of productive ways to spend a pandemic lockdown: 1. Grow your own windowsill herb garden 2. Watch all the seasons of Law & Order and make note of how many episodes pass the Bechdel test (spoiler alert: it’s two). 3. Make an album with your mates. Ok, calling 1 and 2 “productive” is a bit of … Read more

Looming
Dirtnap (2019)

It’s been fun watching The Hussy grow. All those scuzzy, dirty licks and rough-and-tumble beats of their early work is still present, but on Looming the now-trio lets the once understated melodies take the lead. One Question Interviews • December 2, 2013

Bobby Hussy (The Hussy) SPB: Would you ever crowdfund a record? Hussy: I would never crowdfund a record. There are plenty of labels existing and getting music out to the people...and if they can't help you then do what Black Flag did and start a label yourself. Do you think … Read more
