According to a recent email I recieved from Wednesday Records as well as the label tag on the band's Myspace page, First to Leave is no longer a part of Lobster Records. The band now belongs to Wednesday Records and will see their latest full-length effort, Forging a Future, released on October 9th. The switch is most likely due to recent legal issues that Lobster is having that vocalist Matt Foster discussed in a recent interview:
Lobster is in the middle of some legal conflicts with their distributor. Because of that, they've only been able to release the record online, which has really been a setback for the band and the label. We know Lobster is doing everything they can, and we know there are going to be some changes happening really soon that we are all very excited for.
