Rancid To Record In 2008

Rancid drummer Branden Steineckert provided some insight on the Bay Area punk outfit's new full-length effort. According to a recent blog update, the band will be entering the studio next year to record the follow-up to 2003's Indestructible. Here is what Steineckert had to say:

A lot of people have been asking me about the new Rancid record. Here's whats planned right now.....We are getting together this Fall to begin writing the new record with plans to record it Jan 08. Check out the Rancid myspace or rancidrancid.com for official updates and band info.
