Isis Unveil Album Title / Artwork

ISIS have unveiled the artwork for their second release on Ipecac Records. The album, which will be released October 19th, has been entitled Panopticon. What does that mean? I'm glad you asked: Pa*nop"ti*con, n. [NL. See Pan-, and Optic.] 1. A prison so contructed that the inspector can see each of the prisoners at all times, without being seen. 2.
