Seemless Finish Pre-Production / Side Projects

Posted in Bands on October 21, 2005

Seemless have finished pre-production for their new record. The band tentatively plans to begin recording in January for a late April/early May release. Some songs that will be included are "Maintain", "Numb", "In My Blood" and "Jaded." In other news, band members also have a number of side-projects in the works. Vocalist Jesse Leach has been writing and performing some of his own "ambient-style stuff." Derek Kerswill recently tracked drums on two records for Jamey Jasta: one being Icepick with Danny Diablo and the other, Kingdom of Sorrow, which is Jasta's project with Kirk Windstein of Crowbar/Down fame. Finally, several members of Seemless will be performing a set of Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age songs under the name Green Machine as part of a Halloween show. Also playing will be a Danzig cover band Lucifuge. The show takes place Wednesday Oct. 26th at 9:00 pm at The Great Scott in Allston, MA.
