Rodrigo (.MAR – drums)

SPB: Have you played many international shows? What is something unique you’ve noticed about venues in Argentina as compared to other countries?

Rodrigo: Unfortunately, we haven't played any shows overseas yet. However, we've been involved in international shows, opening for Gojira, Trivium, and Alcest. What I can tell you about that is that most bands are completely blown away by the crowd response to their shows. With heavy roots and passion for sports and our folk, it is very common for Argentineans to sing along to other melodies aside from the vocals, even rhythm parts as a sign of pride and joy. There's a popular story on the internet involving Megadeth and the Argentinean chant on “Symphony of Destruction.” That reaction always sparks a fire in the band that's onstage. It's very unique.
