The Color Fred, a solo project from  Fred Mascherino (formerly of Breaking Pangaea, Taking Back Sunday, Brody, Terrible Things, and currently of Say Anything), has announced a new EP, Re-Inventions, which will re-imagine works from all five of his previously mentioned projects, primarily acoustic.

He recently shared "Set Phasers to Stun" from the upcoming EP.

"'Set Phasers to Stun' was an early song we wrote for Where You Want To Be, which was my first album with Taking Back Sunday," Mascherino says in a press statement. "It was the album opener and always held a special spot for me. The fact that the album is 20 years old this year is crazy. I feel blessed and fortunate that people are still listening to it all these years later."
