On Feb. 17, Ivan Julian will release a new album titled Swing Your Lanterns, the latest in a packed catalog from the guitarist and founding member of Richard Hell & the Voidoids.
The new solo record will be available on LP, cd, and digitally, via Pravda Records, pairing Julian with drummer Florent Barbier (Elliot Murphy), Keith Streng (The Fleshtones) on percussion and backing vocals, Nick Tremulis on guitar and backing vocals, bassist Derek Brandt, and contributions on bass from James Burke and Jared Michael Nickerson, among others.
Julian has also played with the Outsets and the Lovelies, and produces records at SuperGiraffeSound recording studio in New York.
